Currently, we are offering standard shipping everyday on U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states.
In-stock Merchandise
Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5:00pm ET will be shipped the next business day.
Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
Returns and exchanges
Returns within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. If you would like to exchange the merchandise within 30 days after purchase, mail original items to the address listed below.
Contact our Customer Service Team to request your return shipping label.
Next, you'll receive an email with a link to print the shipping label— we can mail one— let us know. Labels are marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; please note that items without an RMA number will not be eligible for return.
Finally, package your item (ideally in its original box), put the label on and mail it back.
